Recruitment position: CNC adjuster (SiC silicon carbide machining workshop)

Working place: Suizhou City, Hubei Province

Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for CNC machining of semiconductor SiC carbide hard and brittle materials, machine tool adjustment, tool setting, program modification and optimization, and independently complete the first piece trial cutting and mass production debugging.

                   2. Select the diamond tool according to the processing drawings, match the SiC cutting speed, feed, and cooling parameters, improve the workpiece edge cracking, cracking, and size overrun, and reduce the scrap rate.               

                  3. Fixture clamping and calibration, use calipers, micrometers and other measuring tools to self-check the size, and fill in the production, quality inspection, and equipment inspection records.

                  4. Monitor the running status of the machine tool, handle processing abnormalities; complete the daily cleaning, lubrication, and maintenance of the machine tool, and simply troubleshoot and report.

                  5. Cooperate with R & D to process new samples, feedback processing difficulties, and assist in optimizing processing techniques; obey workshop production arrangements, and abide by safety and solid waste hazardous waste management norms.

Job requirements: 1. Secondary school/technical and above, more than 3 years of practical experience in CNC tuning, familiar with machining centers/numerical control lathes, skilled in any system of Guangshu, Fanuc, Mitsubishi.

                  2. Experience in processing hard and brittle materials such as SiC silicon carbide, ceramics, quartz is preferred, and understanding the anti-collapse edge processing technology of hard and brittle materials.

                  3. Able to independently read drawings, manually change G codes, and adjust knives; skilled in various precision measurement tools, and experience in micron-level size control.

                  4. Strong hands-on ability, able to adapt to two shifts, work carefully, have a strong sense of responsibility, and have a sense of quality and safety in production.

                  5. Those with experience in the semiconductor consumables and precision ceramics industries are preferred.
