Job responsibilities: 1. Operate grinding machine equipment, complete the grinding of solid silicon carbide liners, trays, process tubes and other products, and control the size, flatness, roughness and other indicators according to the requirements of the drawings.

                  2. Responsible for workpiece clamping, machine adjustment, grinding wheel dressing, to avoid processing defects such as silicon carbide edge collapse and cracks, and to do a good job of first-piece and process self-inspection.

                  3. Do a good job in the daily inspection and maintenance of the grinder, maintain the tooling fixtures, fill in the production quality records truthfully, and report abnormal problems in time.

                  4. Adhere to the safety operating procedures, do a good job at the 5S station, and complete other production tasks arranged by the leader.

Job requirements: 1. Have practical experience in grinding machine operation, can read processing drawings, skilled in using various types of precision measuring tools, and can independently adjust the machine to repair the grinding wheel.

                  2. Experience in processing hard and brittle materials such as silicon carbide and ceramics is preferred, and familiar with the processing characteristics of hard and brittle materials.

                  3. Strong quality awareness, can adapt to the workshop production environment, obey the schedule, and accept shifts.

                  4. Solid work, good safety awareness, semiconductor parts processing experience is preferred.
