Recruitment position: Sales Manager

Job responsibilities: 1. Develop sales plans, dismantle performance indicators, lead the team to achieve annual revenue and gross profit targets, regularly review sales data and optimize customer expansion plans;

                  2. Responsible for the recruitment, training, assessment and daily management of the sales team, organize business review, and improve the team's ability to sign orders;

                  3. Develop customers in the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industries, maintain key customers and channel resources, and connect samples, business negotiations, and contract signing.

                  4. Follow up on order delivery, after-sales customer complaint processing, control customer account period and accounts receivable, and reduce the risk of bad debts;

                  5. Collect market and competitive product information, cooperate with marketing activities, improve customer files and sales ledger.

Job requirements: 1. College degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in semiconductor/electronic consumables/precision hardware sales management, familiar with chip and LED packaging industries is preferred;

                  2. Have led the team to complete the performance, good at key account development, business negotiation, and industry customer resources are preferred;

                  3. Can adapt to business trips, have a strong sense of purpose, have a sense of return risk control, and have outstanding pressure resistance;

                  4. Good communication and coordination, skilled in office software, team management thinking, and good professional quality.
